Steps for Registration

Once your paper is accepted, the registration phase begins. You have to complete the following FIVE steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fees

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted paper, each paper has to be registered.

First Author Registration Fees are mandatory for all the papers.

The Registration Fee includes listing the papers in IEEE Explorer or in Springer, Lunch, high tea, dinner during conference dates along with Conference Registration Kit.

Additional Registration Fees are applicable to the second registration of any co-author of an already registered paper. If co-authors of a paper require additional registration, the above-mentioned fees will apply. This fee is also applicable to Attendees, Listeners, or Spouses who wish to participate in the conference and discussions.

If the co-authors of a paper are looking for additional registration, above fees are applicable.

This fee is also applicable to Attendees or Listeners or Spouses who wish to participate in the conference and discussions. One Additional Registration includes participation in all technical programs, the CD media of the Proceedings, Conference Kit, Attendance, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks for one delegate.


Payment Options:

The registration fees can be paid online using bank details (RTGS/NEFT) or by QR Code.

Instructions:

After successful payment, authors must mention their Paper ID with Conference Acronym or Registered Author Name in the payment subject.

Step 2 – Registration

  • It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. For each accepted paper one Author has to register for the conference.

  • The papers of quality are assigned to LONG, FULL and REGULAR paper categories by the reviewers based on the international standards in vogue and based on the extent of the content revealed. No change in category is allowed and possible.

  • The Online Conference Registration Form is available on the portal.

  • Send the completed registration form along with a scanned copy of the payment proof to: icchai-2025@gmail.com


Step 3 – Copyright Transfer

Copyright forms can be downloaded from the portal and shall be submitted before deadline.


Step 4 – Camera Ready Paper (CRP) Submission

  • The authors submitting their papers may use the following template. The failure in adhering to the specific format norms will result in rejection.

  • All camera-ready papers must be submitted in MS Word format only (PDF is not accepted).

  • The maximum and minimum page limits for each paper category, when submitting the camera-ready version, are set according to the publication agency’s policy.

Step 5 – Registration Confirmation
