Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University with its deep commitment to the upliftment of the educationally disadvantaged groups has established a Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) and this may itself be considered as an important expression of this commitment. An important objective of this centre is to create, preserve and disseminate knowledge to all through the distance learning system. This centre will always try to provide need-based programmes and services to its learners.
The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) is a dedicated department established to provide accessible, flexible, and affordable higher education to a diverse range of learners, including working professionals, lifelong learners, and students in remote areas.Through this initiative, the CDOE aims to provide flexible, accessible, and high-quality higher education to learners, working professionals, and students across diverse regions. Its Jurisdiction is only for 3 Districts, named Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar. The major region of these districts comes under rural area, so many Students works in field and earn money for learning. In Nandurbar district, 65% population comes under Schedule Tribe (ST) and it is tribal area.
