For organizing National / State Level Conferences submit the proposal in prescribed format through the link attached in Microsoft Form.

Points to be noted: -

For the organization of more than one event under the same activity, apply separately (fill the Microsoft Form separately).

* Event Folder, Note Pad, Pen will be arranged by University PMUSHA Office as per event (except National & State level Conferences).

* Participants shall be given certificates duly signed by concerned Principal/Director & Convener, PMUSHA, KBCNMU.

* No. of participants per event includes 10% of members of organizing team.

* For each event, Coordinator should be appointed by concerned Principal/Director. The appointed Event Coordinator shall be given honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per event from University Fund.

* After submitting the Activity Report & Expenditure details with original bills the amount will be credited to the bank account of the College. For University Schools/Departments the amount will be credited to the bank accounts of concerned vendors.

* No expenses other than those set forth in the table above will be approved.

* Note that all activities must be organized till December 2025.

* The proposals received will be scrutinised and the event will be approved by the committee. Detailed guidelines for organizing the event will be circulated along with the approval letter.

* The last date of proposal submission is 10th July 2025.
