Construction Department has constructed various Academic, Administrative, Hostels and Residential Quarter Buildings along with development and construction of internal roads.

As university campus is beyond the municipal limits university has to construct and develop its own water supply scheme to overcome the day to day requirement of the water. For day to day supply and maintenance separate Water supply wing is established since beginning.

Similarly, electric supply requirement of the campus is overcome through electric substation of 250 kv and internal underground cable network. For day to day supply and maintenance separate electrical wing was established since beginning.

Separate Telephone department was established under Estate Wing since beginning. Guest House facility and Shikshak Bhavan was under Control of Estate Department. Currently it is under Control of the Registrar.
