Points to be noted: -

* For the organization of more than one event under the same activity, apply separately (fill the Google form separately).

* Event Folder, Note Pad, Pen, Activity Schedule & Banner will be arranged by University PM-USHA Office as per event.

* Participants shall be given certificates duly signed by concerned Principal/Director & Convener, PM-USHA, KBCNMU.

* No. of participants per event are includes 10% of members of organizing team.

* For each event, a Coordinator should be appointed by concerned Principal/Director. Event Coordinator shall be given honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per event from University Fund.

* Names of the Resource persons will be finalized by the PM-USHA office.

* Remuneration & TA of Resource Persons will be paid by the University.

* No expenses other than those set forth in the table above will be approved. 

* The proposals received will be scrutinized, and the event will be approved. Detailed instructions on organizing the event will be given along with the approval letter.
