What is NATS?

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a flagship program initiated by the Government of India for freshers, to bridge the gap between classroom education and real-world experience, to enhance employability.

Earlier focused on Technical Graduates/Diploma-holders, NATS now offers excellent opportunities for Non-Technical Graduates & Diploma-holders to gain practical knowledge, hands-on skills, and professional exposure.

As a Graduate/Diploma Apprentice, you will be trained by experienced mentors, and you can earn while you are trained!

For Technical Graduates/Diploma-holders:

Stipend Starting From

₹9000 per month for graduates
₹8000 per month for diploma-holders

Eligibility

Non-Technical Graduates/Diploma-holders (General Streams/Faculties) and Technical Graduates/Diploma-holders (Engg., Tech., Pharmacy, HMCT, Arch., etc.) from recognized Universities/Institutes can apply.
The date of joining shall not be more than 5 years from the date of passing the course.
