• IDEAL has employed the Online Portal. The online enrollment empires the external learner and also saves time and money. The Portal facilitates online registration from anywhere admission and upto to the declaration of results. Provides support to the Study Centers and to the Students.

• IDEAL has prepared the Study Centre Recognition Manual; the Study Centre Co-ordinator Training Handbook; undertaken the Study Centre Counsellor's Training; Conducted the Training of Study Centre Heads/Coordinators/Staff; prepared the Student Handbook (Guidelines), Self Learning Material Development Handbook;regarding External Education Programmes.

• This university has appointed programme wise staff to look after the activities of the External Learning. Programme wise teaching faculty also appointed for counseling the students have face difficulties in learning.
