Placement Support

The cell performs the core function of offering placement support to the campus eligible students though regular conduct of the campus interviews by inviting the industries to hire graduates and facilitating the smooth conduct of the recruitment process as per the professional approach and standard required by corporate world. The liaison with industry is harnessed to establish regular and effective channels of communication for evolving the process oriented approach to successfully complete all necessary formalities of campus selection process.

Placement Process:

Based on the derived inputs and analysis of the prevailing manpower requirement scenario, the prospective industries are reached out by sharing the specific details of skill set, talent and academic qualification possessed by the aspiring students, performance and achievements of the students and the institute related to placements for previous years and the infrastructure available for the conduct of recruitment process. The visiting interview teams of industries are offered best of the facilities available with team of student coordinators working in professional manner to roll-out the recruitment process as per the standard.

All possible options with regards to In-campus placement, Off-campus placement, Referral drives and Pool campus drives are explored in order to enhance the employment opportunities for the students.

The cell also ensured that all formalities with regards to the selection and joining of the students are completed successfully by following the mandate of industry as per the timelines and expectation to maintain a healthy joining ratio of selects and to take the campus selection process to its logical conclusion. The institute also obtains feedback of the industry on a regular basis about the suitability of its graduates in the corporate sector and about their performance during the transition as a professional from student life.
