General Criteria
- A candidate is considered to be eligible for admission to the post graduate course if he/she has secured at least 50% (or equivalent CGPA) marks at graduation (45% marks for backward class i.e. SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC/SEBC category candidates from Maharashtra state).
Specific Criteria
- Four-year engineering degree courses are conducted with two semesters every year. Admission to these courses is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra through merit based on score in common entrance test (CET) after HSSC Examination.

- To understand physical systems in Chemical Engineering and to develop their mathematical models by considering total continuity equation, component continuity equation, momentum balance and energy balance equation. To obtain solution of these models by solving various mathematical equations using computer languages and software tools.
- To understand concept of Computer Aided Design
