Swimming Pool Fee For University Campus Students/Professor/Officers & Employees

Note :-

• If members coming with relatives/friends will be charged Rs. 100/- per head as Guest Charges

Rules & Regulations

• 1) Every Sport member have to pay non-refundable registration fee Rs 50/- along with membership Fee in Every academic year.

• 2) Yearly member can become member by paying one time yearly fee as per above-mentioned

• 3) It is compulsory for members of the Swimming Pool to bring their own Swimming costume, Goggle & Silicon Cap, without which entry to the swimming pool will not be granted.

• 4) Batch wise allowed swimming time will be 01 Hour Only, including last fifteen minutes for post bath & clothing

• 5) Maintain cleanliness in sport complex, Bathroom & Toilet

• 6) Swimming member’s having deep body injury/wound & skin disease will not be allowed

• 7) Amateur Swimmers/Beginners, should take instructions from the swimming coach & follow it.

• 8) Keep your shoes & foot wears on the rack outside the swimming pool entry.

• 9) Without lifeguard presence, swimming is strictly not allowed

• 10) Swimming members should strictly follow their batch timings

• 11) Medical certificate is compulsory for Swimming pool membership

• 12) KBC NMU/ Sports department is exonerated from indemnity to body harm / accident/ injury / death of swimming member

• 13) Submit a duly filled & signed membership application form to the sports department after registration and payment of fee.

• 14) Before entering the swimming pool, members have to take prior shower-bath in the bathroom & they should not use any type of cosmetics or screen guard, before entering in the swimming pool.

• 15) Spectators can observe only from the stadium gallery, and not allowed near swimming pool boundary.

• 16) If the members will come along with 01 to 05 years old children, their parents, and guardian's presence is compulsory and observe them under their supervision.

• 17) All the members should understand that they are under CCTV Surveillance.

General Regulation

• Member should not have any contagious disease/communicable diseases for eligibility of membership

• Member should not have any past Police/criminal record

Membership Registration

• 1) Medical Certificate should be obtained from the registered MBBS / MD Doctor /Medical officer (Health Center, KBCNMU).

• 2) Right to acceptance of membership application is sports department & its decision.

• 3) New duplicate membership card will be provided on the payment of Rs 50/-.

• 4) Every member will have to fill their entry in register at the counter before the time of swimming.

• 5) Drinking & Smoking & gutka use is strictly prohibited in sport complex & is punishable.

• 6) Sport facility will be curtailed during the maintenance/technical problem/sport competition including public holiday and Sunday.

• 7) Bringing arms/ weapons in the sport complex is strictly prohibited & in that case, membership will be permanently cancelled.

• 8) Kindly switch off, fan, lights if you are the last person to leave.

• 9) Gents & ladies batch will be separate in the morning & afternoon shift.

• 10) Use dustbin for dumping plastic bags/ waste papers etc. & should not be thrown in open space.
