• Guiding students who are doing research on Gandhi and related topics, publication of books and articles, on various themes on Gandhi and his philosophy. The library of the Centre is attracting scholars and students alike for consultation, and the staff here encourage and guide the visitors. The books of the Centre have been classified and user-friendly rearrangements will be an attraction for research, students and scholars'.

This centre has a good collection of books on Gandhian Thought. At present there are 2000 books on Gandhian thought and practices in different languages. Gandhi Research Center has also subscribed to 6 periodicals. In addition to this we have a good collection of rare and valuable Gandhiji's photographs. (4156), films and documentaries (51), postal stamps and photo copies (1000) spinning wheels.(3).

Our center will act as resource centre for the researchers, students, grass roots workers and other Gandhians. Centre proposes to set up a documentation centre where we have collected the following on Gandhi –
