As per University approval the Central Library and Department of Library and Information Science have arranged a one week workshop on “Research Methodology” for LIS professionals with support of ICSSR- Western Region, Mumbai from 4th to 9th February, 2013.

Guest lectures were arranged for LIS students on 19/10/2012 and 31/01/2013.

Grammar week is also celebrated by delivering lectures on structure of Grammar for the students of LIS and Defence and strategic Studies from 28/01/2013 to 01/02/2013. Dr. T. R. Borse delivered lectures for this celebration.

The Department of Library and Information Science had arranged pre-Ph.D Course work seminar from 5/11/2012 to 06/11/2012.
